How-To Install ObjectSecurity’s BinLens™ (formerly ObjectSecurity OT.AI Platform) Server Logs and seek help from the support team
If you ever encounter an issue with BinLens, it may be useful to look through the server logs for any indication of failure. Once you’ve identified an issue with the BinLens and obtained the server logs covering the time when the issue emerged, you can submit a ticket through the support portal with the server logs attached and request for a team member to take a look.
Obtaining server logs:
To obtain the server logs, navigate to the right-hand navigation panel, near the logout and knowledge base buttons.

Click on the “Download Server Logs” button.

Once clicked, a download will begin and the server logs will be found in a text file within your downloads.
After you’ve obtained your server logs, submit them to a team member to receive support regarding BinLens issues
