The number one IT expense in 2017 is predicted to be cybersecurity. Gartner expects the market to reach one trillion dollars by 2020, and according to the Harvard Business Review cybersecurity will be the fourth most important item that will be discussed in the boardroom in 2017 —  right after corporate strategy, political changes and shareholder relations.

The Cybersecurity industry needs to help the C-Suite understand the new ways to address risk and how to provide a clear and present path towards monitoring and securing all types of network configurations. And help them to determine how a secure infrastructure can be leveraged as an asset. The Cybersecurity Journal interviews Ulrich Lang, CEO/Founder ObjectSecurity, about this important subject. And asks him what he sees as the most important decision to be made by the C-Suite in 2017.
